St. Maximilian Kolbe’s Annual Church Picnic

We are in need of volunteers to help with:
picnic set up on Saturday morning Aug 1st.
booyah servers and helpers in the hamburger stand, the kids games, beer tent, pie & ice cream stand and with our bucket raffle. Sign up sheets are in the back of church.
We will need our bakers to bake pies and other desserts for our pie & ice cream stand and along with our whole pie bake sale. Those can be brought in on Saturday morning August 1st or on Sunday August 2nd. If possible bring 2 items one for each area!
We need gift baskets / items for our bucket raffle. Themes like kitchen, cooking, kids, babies, holidays, tools, fishing, hunting, back to school etc… Or you can buy scrip gift cards to donate towards a gift basket just let the ladies selling scrip know you want to donate towards the picnic bucket raffle and they will make sure it gets to the right person!
